Allison Montgomery

Allison Montgomery has extensive work experience in sales enablement and operations. Allison currently holds the position of Global Head of Enablement at FranklinCovey since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales Enablement & Operations at Deluxe from June 2015 to August 2022. Allison also worked at Fiserv as a Sales Enablement Leader from June 2012 to June 2015. Earlier in their career, Allison held multiple roles at Acxiom, including Senior Manager of Global Sales Operations from June 2008 to June 2012, Organizational Development Manager from October 2004 to June 2008, and Recruiting Specialist from June 2000 to October 2004.

Allison Montgomery attended Henderson State University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration.
