Michael Archibald is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Fresh Creative Cuisine since February 2025, Michael has previously held significant positions at Santa Monica Seafood as Production Manager for Case Ready Seafood, and at Kettle Cuisine as Process Development Manager and Area Culinary Lead Manager. Michael's background also includes a notable tenure at Freshly, where responsibilities ranged from Culinary Assurance Manager to Executive Chef of Production, and Culinary Assurance and Implementation Chef. With an earlier career that featured roles as Executive Chef at Herrington on the Bay and Winberie's, as well as a stint as Line Cook at Great Southern Parknasilla, Michael's expertise is complemented by an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University.
