Maja Madraszek-Almada is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Lead for EMEA Talent Acquisition and D&I Ambassador at Freshworks since March 2022. With a robust background in recruitment strategies, Maja has previously held senior roles at Gartner, where responsibilities included partnering with large enterprises across Italy, the UK, and Ireland, and at Dell, focusing on enterprise sales and pre-sales. Maja's expertise extends to managing comprehensive recruitment processes in prestigious firms such as Capgemini, OpenText, BMC Software, and Adecco Poland. Maja holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Lodz, alongside a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the Lodz Academy of International Studies.
