Denver Kirkpatrick MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2005, they started their career as a Branch Manager at Citizens Bank. Denver then moved to PNC Treasury Management, where they held the roles of Portfolio Manager from 2007 to 2010, and then Customer Success Manager from 2010 to 2014.

In 2014, Denver joined Visa as the Director-Small Business, where they served as a product manager for business debit and credit cards. Denver achieved significant growth in small business debit and credit card growth through strategic recommendations and portfolio performance analysis.

From 2014 to 2017, Denver worked as an Account Executive at TransFirst, where they focused on sales and account management.

In 2017, Denver joined Proofpoint as a Senior Renewals Specialist. Denver eventually transitioned into a managerial role as the Manager of Customer Success. Following their tenure at Proofpoint, Denver worked as a Customer Success Manager at Plex Systems, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Denver then joined VMware as a Senior Success Manager in 2021, where they focused on managing and ensuring the success of enterprise clients. Currently, Denver is working as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Gainsight, starting in 2022.

Denver Kirkpatrick MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Behavior Studies at Duquesne University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Denver has acquired several certifications, including the Gainsight End User Certification, Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1), Customer Success Leader Certified Professional, Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional, and Customer Success Manager Certified Professional, all obtained in 2022.
