Scarlett Chen 陈丹青

Scarlett Chen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Scarlett started their career as a Summer Intern Analyst at Heidrick & Struggles in 2013. In 2014, they joined Bank of China as a Real Estate Associate and worked in that role until 2018. Scarlett then transitioned to WeWork as an Openings Project Manager from August 2018 to January 2020. In 2020, they joined CloudKitchens as a Portfolio Manager, where they were responsible for China facility expansion and real estate development. In this role, they also managed proptech product development. Currently, Scarlett is working at GameChange Solar, where they have held two positions: International Operations and Expansion, and China Corporate Development. In their current roles, they have established GameChange Solar China, set up various offices, and led the digitalization process in China using ERP to support business growth and scalability.

Scarlett Chen 陈丹青's education history is as follows:

Scarlett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Central South University of Forestry and Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.

Following that, Scarlett pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Columbia University from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they acquired certifications in the field. In February 2014, they became a SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9, completing the program at SAS. Scarlett achieved the same certification again in February 2014.

Furthermore, Scarlett obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2019.
