Sarah Battle

Sarah Battle has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 with roles in quality assurance at L'Oréal and Alberto Culver. Sarah then worked as a research laboratory technician at Bristol University from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Devon PCT as a Health Trainer, promoting healthy behaviors in the community. Sarah also worked as a Research Trials Coordinator at United Hospitals Bristol during this time. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a PBC Business & Project Manager at Bristol PCT, leading service redesign projects. Sarah then transitioned to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, where they held roles as a Senior Project Manager and Service Improvement Manager from 2010 to 2016. At The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, they worked as a Service & Project Manager and later as a Programme Manager from 2016 to 2021. Sarah is currently employed as a Project Manager at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research since June 2021.

Sarah Battle has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended the University of the West of England and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, which they completed in 2003. Sarah then went on to further their education at the University of Bristol from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Nutrition, physical activity, and Public Health.

In 2012, Sarah enrolled at the University of Warwick and participated in a Clinical Systems Improvement program, earning a Postgraduate Certificate (PGA). Apart from their formal education, they also obtained additional certifications. In July 2019, they completed a course at the Digital Marketing Institute, receiving a certification under their name. Furthermore, in October 2021, they acquired an ICH-GCP certification from St Vincent's Health Australia.
