Jennifer D'Ambra

Jennifer D'Ambra has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2002 to 2018, they worked at Gem Plumbing & Heating Services, LLC, where they started as a Call Center Manager and eventually became the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they managed a team of over 150 staff members and 100 service vehicles, overseeing dispatching and logistics, and implementing business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2017, Jennifer worked as a Financial Analyst and Administrative Director at Gem Plumbing, where they built financial models and maintained the company budget. From 2014 to 2017, they also served as the Mobile Application Product Manager, overseeing the development and implementation of a new mobile application for field technicians. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as a Board Member at the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation from 2006 to 2019 and as a Bookkeeper at Gem Property Management from 1996 to 2002.

Jennifer D'Ambra received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science with a minor in International Business from Penn State University. Jennifer attended the university from 1998 to 2002.
