Clara-Ann Ruiz

Clara-Ann Ruiz has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Clara-Ann began their career as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Aritzia in 2010 and later worked as a Brand Ambassador/Promotional Model at Femme Fatale Media & Promotions from 2011 to 2013. Clara-Ann then served as a Head Waitress at Shiraz Grill & Cafe from 2009 to 2011.

In 2012, Clara-Ann joined Templar Hotel as a Guest Services Specialist, providing luxury-standard customer service and ensuring guests had exceptional stays. Clara-Ann later transitioned to a role as a Special Events Coordinator, where they coordinated all events at the hotel and created personalized price packages for clients.

From 2015 to 2016, Clara-Ann worked at Talon Development Inc. as a Residential Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, they developed marketing initiatives, assisted the sales team, and conducted lead generation research.

In 2016, Clara-Ann joined Insight Global as a Recruitment Consultant. Their responsibilities included pre-screening resumes, partnering with local organizations and universities for job engagement, and tracking candidate progress.

Since 2018, Clara-Ann has been working at Generis as the Head of Recruitment & Talent, and currently, they serve as the Director, People & Talent. Generis is a full-service organizer of business summits, and Clara-Ann's roles involve talent acquisition and managing the recruitment process.

Clara-Ann Ruiz completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Ryerson University between 2010 and 2014.
