Kenton Esbenshade

Kenton Esbenshade currently serves as the Director of Operations for the West Region at American Track since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kenton spent nearly six years at Genesee & Wyoming Inc., where responsibilities included leadership positions such as AVP of Engineering for the Pacific Division and Vice President of Engineering for the Western Region, overseeing extensive track maintenance and capital budget planning across multiple states. Kenton's earlier experience at CSX encompassed various management roles, including Roadmaster II and Manager of Program Construction, focusing on operational management, maintenance of heavy tonnage track, and overseeing sizable teams. Kenton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Youngstown State University, earned in 2011.
