Naiana Buck is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee experience and business partnership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People and Head of Employee Experience at SumUp since April 2019, Naiana focuses on engagement, culture, development, and performance. Prior to this, Naiana held senior HR positions at General Mills managing HR for Supply Chain in Brazil and in manufacturing operations. Naiana's extensive experience at Ford Motor Company spanned from HR Manager to Compensation Supervisor, covering multiple operational areas with leadership and support responsibilities across South America. Naiana holds an MBA in Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal da Bahia.
