Mahmoud Ayman

Business Development Head Asia Middle East & Africa at Geocycle

Mahmoud Ayman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Mahmoud began their career in 2012 as a Corporate Sales Executive at Electrolux.

In 2013, they became a Managing Partner at Systex Digital Solutions, where they focused on brand development, web traffic growth, and advertising revenue.

Mahmoud then joined 360 daleel as a Managing Partner, a role they held until 2015.

During the same year, Mahmoud also worked as a Business Development Regional Manager at YELLOW PAYMENTS LTD, leading business development operations in Egypt.

In 2015, they transitioned to become a Training and Development Officer at INJAZ Egypt, managing learning and development activities for staff members.

From 2016 to 2019, Mahmoud worked at Holcim as a Learning and Organization Development Lead, responsible for all L&D activities across four business units. Mahmoud later became an OD and Talent Manager, managing recruitment, L&D, performance, succession, and talent for the company. Mahmoud ended their tenure at Holcim in 2022 as the Human Resources Manager for the Sokhna Cement Plant and GeoCycle, where they managed HR functions and implemented performance management and people development strategies.

Currently, Mahmoud is the Business Development Head for Asia Middle East & Africa at Geocycle, where they are involved in driving business growth and development.

Mahmoud Ayman's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at Ain Shams University. Mahmoud spent five years studying there and received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2012. Afterward, they joined The American University in Cairo in 2013 and pursued a Business administration diploma in Business Administration and Management, General. This program lasted until 2014.
