Cristiano Coscelli Moreno is currently the Head of Customer Service at CURE. Cristiano has extensive experience in customer service, having previously worked as the Senior Service Delivery Manager at Glovo and the Senior Customer Relations Manager at Customer Management.

Coscelli Moreno has also held management positions at COSMO Media and Concentrix, where they were responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and business indicators of customer service, backoffice, and BPO operations. Cristiano has a proven track record of developing operational strategies and implementing action plans with a focus on results.
