Natasha Madan is the Chief Marketing Officer at Flex. Prior to joining Flex, they were the Director, Head of Marketing, SMB at Meta from October 2020 to December 2021. There, they led marketing for Meta's 200MM+ small businesses globally. Empowering small businesses to set up presence on Meta, leverage free tools to connect with their customers, and grow them to advertise and scale across our Family Of Apps. Natasha also lead a team of 70 high profile marketers and operators across business and advertiser Acquisition, Retention, Growth/Sales Support, and Operations.

Before their time at Meta, Natasha Madan was the Head of Marketing, Amazon Prime at Amazon from June 2016 to October 2020. There, they led global marketing for Amazon Prime (20+ benefits in 18+locales) to drive member growth (acquisition and retention), member engagement, and brand perceptions. Natasha built a high performing marketing function across channels (performance marketing), life stages (Prime Student, Underserved Population), events (Prime Day, Holiday), and brand planning (brand strategy and go-to-market) contributing to ~30% of Prime member growth.

Natasha Madan began their career in marketing as the Marketing Director, Confections & Snacks at Nestlé from January 2004 to December 2016.

Natasha Madan has an MBA in Brand Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
