Erica P.

Erica P. has held a variety of roles in the past seven years. In 2015, they were an Assistant Manager at Versent Entertainment ULC (dba. Laser Quest). In this role, they coordinated, monitored, and prioritized high traffic procedures while ensuring safety and security when necessary. Erica also managed labour hours, crew tasks, inventory, and troubleshooting technical equipment. In 2017, they became an Executive Assistant at Crowley Arts Centre where they prepared and organized a variety of agendas, portfolios, and reports for clients and vendors. Erica also planned and coordinated event details ranging from menus, rentals, set-up and take-down schedules, on-site logistics, and desired specialty items with client and venue staff members. In 2019, Erica became a Clinic Operations Coordinator at Clinique M\u00e9dicale Crowley, where they collaborated with medical and administrative personnel to maintain a patient-focused, engaging and compassionate environment. Erica also promoted office efficiency by monitoring and analyzing staff performance to constantly raise standards of practice and care. Most recently, Erica has been a Care Manager at EQ Care since 2020. In this role, they act as the first point of contact with patients on the platform while upholding the standard for service excellence and overall efficiency of virtual health care. Erica manifests empathy and patience while assisting newly-onboarded clients with account creation, IT troubleshooting, and other general inquiries and concerns, while maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information. Erica will be joining Maple (getmaple.ca) in 2022 as a Provider Operations Associate.
