Shannon Rayborn

Shannon Rayborn has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as an Instructor at Friendly House Inc. in 2004. In 2005, they took on the role of Student Services Manager & GED Instructor at Cambridge College. From 2006 to 2013, they worked for American InterContinental University, first as Campus Director of Student Management and then as Campus Director of Admissions. In 2016, Shannon began working for Xenium HR as a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2017, they joined adidas as Director Human Resources, Global Brands, where they were responsible for leading HR teams and supporting multiple departments. Shannon's current role is Vice President People & Talent at GetSetUp, which they began in 2022.

Shannon Rayborn obtained a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from American InterContinental University in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona between 1997 and 2003.
