Sara Gotthelf

Sara Gotthelf has a diverse work experience spanning various HR roles. Sara is currently working at G-P/Globalization Partners as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner since July 2023. Before that, they worked at Relativity as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner from June 2018 to July 2023, where they supported multiple executives and departments in areas such as talent management, organizational design, performance management, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to Relativity, they worked as an HR Business Partner at XO Group Inc. from December 2017 to June 2018. Sara also gained experience at Macy's as an HR Business Partner from March 2015 to November 2017, where they focused on talent management and executive coaching. Earlier in their career, they worked at Wyng (previously Offerpop) as a Corporate Recruiter from July 2013 to February 2015, and at HubSpot as a Corporate Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator from January 2013 to July 2013 and from May 2012 to January 2013, respectively. Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including recruiting, talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.

Sara Gotthelf holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Rochester. In 2015, they obtained certifications including SHRM-CP from SHRM and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Sara further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in January 2019.
