Neal Safie

Neal Safie has extensive work experience in finance and shared services operations. Neal is currently the Director of Finance, Shared Services at Globus Medical, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, Safie worked as a Consulting Manager in Finance Transformation and Shared Services Operations at RSM US LLP from March 2020 to February 2022. Neal also served as the Director of Finance, North America at IKO Industries from April 2018 to February 2020, overseeing various financial functions and leading a team. Before that, Safie held roles such as Vice President of Business Services Operations at Day & Zimmermann and Interim Executive Director of Finance & HR Shared Services at the University of California, Davis. Neal also gained experience as the Director of Finance, Shared Services at Altra Industrial Motion and held various roles at Johnson Controls and GE Healthcare, focused on finance and continuous improvement. Throughout their career, Safie has demonstrated expertise in financial management, shared services operations, and process improvement.

Neal Safie earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Neal obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and International Business from Schulich School of Business - York University, from 1994 to 1998. In addition, Neal has certifications in Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn and Six Sigma/Lean (institution unspecified) obtained at an unknown time.
