Here’s what you’ll be doing

As the Head of Sales, you’re stepping into a high-stakes arena where you’ll call on your best battlefield strategy and tactics to sell to education, entrepreneurship, business, retail, and crafting markets. Your mission will be to lead your team to victory via email, phone, text message, video chat, and any innovative strategies you wield. Your missing includes: -Propelling our sales force beyond the boundaries of their targets with unrivaled leadership. -Masterminding sales campaigns by leveraging data and metrics to seize opportunities and sharpen decision-making swords. -Forging alliances with cross-functional teams to elevate overall sales performance and client conquests. -Equipping your battalion with the arsenal they need for success through strategic planning, resourcing, captivating communication, and incentivizing warriors to seize business victories. -Navigating and thriving in the ever-shifting sands of the marketplace. -Leading from the front lines, blending hands-on action with strategic foresight.

You need these qualifications

-You are an outstanding leader who has been at the helm of a thriving sales team in your previous roles. Your consistent track record of exceeding sales targets is a testament to your skill, dedication, and perseverance. -You're motivated to create real financial success for yourself and your team by selling a product that customers love -You bring with you industry experience and network from at least two of the following areas: Hardware, SaaS, Education, Consumer, B2B, or retail. This experience has equipped you with unique insights and a deep understanding of diverse customer needs. -Your strategies are forged from data, with a masterful command of CRM systems guiding your team to glory. -A natural at forming coalitions, your success blooms from teamwork across the board, fueled by a relentless pursuit of collective triumph. -Adaptability is your superpower. Whether it’s a startup or an established firm, you have thrived in changeable environments and lead your team through the winds of change with confidence. -More than a general strategizing in the war room, you're in the trenches, shoulder to shoulder with your team, setting the pace in the charge towards victory.
