Here’s what you’ll be doing

As the Head of Sales, you’re stepping into a high-stakes arena selling to education, entrepreneurship, business, retail, and crafting markets. Your mission will be to lead your team to success via all the usual sales channels and by deploying the innovative strategies you create. Your mission includes:

  • Show your team how sales get closed as an epic player-coach.
  • Building the ultimate strategy with data, metrics, and AI tools. 
  • Working with all the other departments to annihilate our revenue targets. 
  • Hiring people who are as talented as you are.
  • Setting the quotas, and goals for your team to deliver success.

You need these qualifications

  • You’ve led sales teams before.
  • They always beat their goals.
  • You love to ring the cash bell for yourself and your team.
  • You’ve worked with at least two of these areas: Hardware, SaaS, Education, Consumer, B2B, or retail. 
  • Leaders of other teams rave about you.
  • They describe you as someone they could count on for partnership, strategy, and delivering what you signed up for. 
  • Everyone wants to poach your team members because they’re so good, but they would follow you anywhere. 

It would be nice if

  • You work magic with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • You’ve been experimenting with AI to make sales teams more effective.
  • You have experienced the exhilarating ride of a startup, taking a product from inception to market success. -You share our passion for creativity and making things!
