Tracey Aaron

Tracey Aaron has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1997 as an Assistant Account Executive at BBDO Worldwide. Tracey then worked as a Recruiting Manager at Quantum Employment Services from 1998 to 1999. From 1999 to 2001, Tracey was an Education Consultant at Productivity Point International. Tracey then transitioned to a role as the Manager of Recruitment & Selection at MedQuest Associates from 2001 to 2003. Tracey continued their career at MedQuest Associates as an HR Consultant from 2004 to 2007, and then as an HR Director from 2007 to 2011. Tracey joined Novant Health in 2012 as an HR Director, where they contributed to the growth and profitability of the market by providing strategic HR advice and support to leadership. Finally, they worked at GoHealth Urgent Care from 2015 to the present, first as an HR Director and then as the People Director, Talent and Learning.
