Kristin Ruff

Kristin has over 25 years’ experience serving in senior leadership roles for such companies as Southwest Airlines, Starbucks Coffee Company, Whole Foods Market, Main Event, and several start-up organizations. Kristin is passionate about developing and growing organizations to deliver world-class team member experiences and being a Best Place to Work.

Kristin earned her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a B.S. degree from LeTourneau University, with a dual major in Business and Human Resources Management. She has also been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHR) since 2005. Kristin has served on a number of boards including Texas Women in Business, Austin HR Management Association (AHRMA), Society of HR Management (SHRM), and Leander ISD Parent-Teacher Association. She is currently a city councilmember for the Village of Volente (2020-2022).

Kristin is married with two adult children and two granddaughters. She and her family love spending time on the lake, playing golf, traveling, and attending sporting events.
