Michael Mott

Michael Mott has a total of 32 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Michael started their career in 1987 at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, where they served in various roles throughout their tenure, including Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Director of Home Office HR & Employee Relations, Director of Home Office HR, and Director of Employee Assistance Program. In 2019, they joined Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Michael Mott attended Central Michigan University from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Michael then pursued higher education at Trevecca Nazarene University from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management.
