Tanya Baptista Tam is a seasoned professional in account management and sales, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Account Management at Gorgias since September 2023, where the focus is on enhancing customer support for e-commerce brands. Prior to this, Tanya held various leadership roles at Clearco, including Sales Manager and Team Lead for Account Management, achieving notable recognition such as the Top Manager Award and the Leadership Award for outstanding performance. Tanya has also gained extensive experience managing key accounts at Koru Distribution and Elte, while previously contributing to business development at L’OCCITANE Group and WE.org.
