Mycah Roño has held a variety of roles in the customer service and operations field. In 2012, they began their career as a Customer Service Representative at TeleTech, where they were responsible for resolving customer complaints via phone, email and mail. In 2014, they moved to Alorica Philippines, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, where they assisted customers with placement of orders, refunds, exchanges, cancel or upgrade an account. In 2015, they joined The Results Companies as a Collections Specialist, where they negotiated payments to ensure a prompt settlement. Finally, in 2016, they joined GoTranscript as an Operations Manager, Worker Support, and Transcript Editor. As a Transcript Editor, they listened to recordings and typed the spoken content verbatim into a written transcript.

Mycah Roño obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Laguna College, San Pablo City between 2006 and 2011.
