Chuck Yee has over four decades of experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Production Chef at Gourmet Foods Inc since October 1997. Prior to this role, Chuck held positions as Assistant Manager and Production Chef at LSG Sky Chefs from January 1981 to January 1997, following a tenure as Head Cook at Santa Monica College for ten years. Chuck's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Food Preparation from The Culinary Institute of America and an Associate of Arts in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from L.A. TRADE TECH.
