Seda Tecim has over 17 years of experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Seda is currently the People & Culture Director at Gözen Digital Aviation. Previously, Seda held the positions of Human Resources Director at Logsign and Manager of the Technology & Engineering Practice at Oxygen Consultancy. Seda has also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Millward Brown, HR Manager at Triodor Software, and Senior Consultant at Data Expert Executive Search. Seda started their career as a Resourcing Executive at Vodafone and as an Associate Researcher & Headhunter at ID Consultancy. Throughout their career, Seda has been responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, and organizational change projects. Seda has built strong relationships with clients in various sectors, such as information technology, telecommunications, and FMCG. Seda's expertise lies in hiring technology professionals for global technology companies and implementing resourcing policies and tools.

Seda Tecim has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management & Organization from Marmara University, obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from the same university, from 2000 to 2004. Before their university education, they attended Habire Yahşi Anatolia High School from 1995 to 1999, where they achieved a score of 4.5 out of 5 in Turkish and Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Seda Tecim has obtained several certifications, including Coaching for Performance Management- Train Trainer from Millward Brown UK Limited in February 2014, and How To Be An "Assessor" Training (Assessment Centers) from Vodafone UK in May 2008. Seda also received training in Project Management from Global Business Management Consultants in March 2008, and Competency Based Interview Techniques Training from Vodafone in March 2007 and Adecco Group in March 2006.
