Carmella Vong

Carmella Vong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carmella is currently working as an Operating Principal at Gradient Ventures since November 2022, and prior to this, they served as a Program Manager from July 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Gradient Ventures, Carmella worked at Google, where they held various roles including Google Accelerator Program Manager from June 2019 to June 2021, Senior Account Strategist - B2B from June 2018 to June 2021, Marketing Rotation from March 2018 to June 2018, and Associate Account Strategist from June 2016 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, they were a University of Michigan Campus Editor at LinkedIn from November 2015 to April 2016, and they also worked in Business Development at Course Hero from October 2015 to April 2016. Additionally, they gained experience in Strategy and Operations roles at BinWise, Inc. in 2015 and at Storefront in 2014.

Carmella Vong holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature with a focus on Digital Studies from the University of Michigan.
