Brooke Snyder has over 20 years of experience in various IT business analyst roles. Brooke'smost recent position was as a Principal IT Business Analyst at Great Minds, where they served as a thought partner to cross-functional business stakeholders and developed and applied business, system, and data analytics to achieve organizational goals. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst at the same company, analyzing, evaluating, and documenting business processes and gathering requirements from stakeholders.

Before joining Great Minds, Brooke worked as a Finance IT Business Analyst at BOK Financial, where they elicited and documented detailed business and functional requirements and performed complex business process modeling. Brooke also worked as a Business Analyst at Global Technology Partners (GTP), where they were responsible for ensuring successful application analysis, building, testing, and deployment.

Earlier in their career, Brooke served as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Waterfield Energy, where they analyzed pipeline systems and implemented models to replicate physical and accounting results. Brooke also worked as a Senior Managing Consultant at Fiserv, managing software implementation projects and performing adhoc data analysis.

Brooke's work experience also includes positions as a Financial Analyst at NORDAM, a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas, and an Adjunct Mathematics Instructor at Tulsa Community College. Brooke began their career as an Information Technology Analyst at CITGO Petroleum.

Brooke Snyder holds a MS degree in Finance from The University of Tulsa, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Brooke also completed an MBA in Business Administration at the same institution from 1996 to 1997. Brooke's undergraduate studies were focused on Applied Mathematics, as they earned a BS degree from The University of Tulsa between 1994 and 1996. Prior to their university education, Brooke attended Thomas A. Edison High School. In terms of certifications, Brooke acquired the following: Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in January 2024, Enterprise Architecture Foundations from LinkedIn in 2023, and Outlook: Efficient Email Management as well as Word 2016: Formatting and Styles in Depth from LinkedIn in 2020.
