Michelle Yoshihara

Michelle Yoshihara has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michelle started their career as a Student Assistant at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2014 and later became a Special Projects Lead. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Concur. Michelle then joined Greenhouse Software in 2017 as a Recruiting Coordinator and progressed to roles such as Associate Recruiter, Recruiter, and Recruiting Operations Specialist. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Talent Planning at Greenhouse Software, where they focus on aligning growth plans and creating strategies for achieving scalability.

Michelle Yoshihara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Information Systems from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. In May 2022, they also obtained a certification in Inclusive Hiring from Greenhouse Software.
