Travis May has over 20 years of diverse work experience in various industries.

Travis most recently worked at Groove Jones as a workforce innovation and strategy consultant, where they collaborated with clients to develop strategies and implement advanced technology solutions.

Prior to that, Travis held multiple roles at Mastercard, including director of workforce analytics, learning, and innovation, director of technology and innovation in learning and development, and director of global event operations in the security department. In these roles, they led R&D in immersive technologies, managed learning programs, and modernized physical security operations.

Before joining Mastercard, Travis served in the US Government in Afghanistan as a country intelligence manager, delivering intelligence products to support multinational operations.

Additionally, they worked at Southwest Airlines in flight operations and served in the US Marine Corps in intelligence.

Travis May's education history includes several courses and programs in various fields. Travis attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they focused on Artificial Intelligence. Travis also studied Digital Business Strategy and Corporate Innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they took a course on Introduction to Virtual Reality at the University of London. Travis also pursued education in the field of Strategic Security at the Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security. Travis completed the Intelligence Liaison Officer Course at the State Highway Patrol - Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC). Travis further enhanced their skills by undertaking the Integrated Analyst Course (Cyber & Physical Intelligence) at the FBI / Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC). Travis also completed the Foundations of Intelligence Analysis Course offered by the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA). Travis received training in Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Intelligence, as well as the Intelligence Operations Server V2 System Operator Course and the Intelligence Analysis System Workstation Administration Course at the Navy & Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center (NMITC).
