Senior Vice President, Customer Experience at GroundWorks

Carey Stoker has an extensive work experience in customer experience and care management roles. Carey started their career in 1995 at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) / Unibase Technologies as the Vice President of Global Operations, eventually moving on to Alorica as the Senior Vice President in 2009. Carey then held a position at Radial Inc. as the Head of Customer Experience & Delivery / Senior Vice President, Customer Care Services from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, they served as the Customer advocate, CX ambassador, and Vice President, Customer Care at Redfin from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Groundworks since June 2022. Throughout their career, Carey has been instrumental in transforming customer experiences and driving strategic planning in various industries.

Carey Stoker holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Brigham Young University. Carey also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Carey holds certifications in MBA and PMP from the Project Management Institute.
