Amanda Logan

Amanda Logan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Amanda currently serves as the Head of People Experience at GROW Inc, a position they have held since March 2022. Before that, they worked at Achmea as a People & Culture Business Partner from April 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, Amanda served as the Head of HR for MLC Australia from August 2020 to March 2021.

A significant portion of Amanda's career was devoted to QBE Insurance, where they held two prominent roles. From January 2017 to June 2020, they served as the National Operations Manager, managing QBE's recoveries operation for both motor and property insurance. In this role, they led a team that recovered approximately $70 million annually from "at fault drivers or parties" and Third Party Insurers or Uninsured Third Parties. Additionally, Amanda worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and the Head of HR at QBE from January 2013 to December 2016. In this capacity, they provided HR strategic and operational support to around 600 employees, including over 80 managers, and played a key role in the cultural transformation of the organization.

Before joining QBE, Amanda worked as an HR Manager at TAL Formerly TOWER Australia, where they provided HR strategic and operational support to around 300 employees from May 2004 to November 2012. Amanda also managed the People Stream of TAL's Project ONE, a large-scale business transformation initiative.

Amanda began their career at ING Australia in February 1996, holding various positions within different departments. Amanda gained extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in underwriting and new business. Their last role at ING was HR & Change Manager within the Customer Service Division, overseeing HR activities for over 800 staff members in both retail and funds management operations.

Amanda Logan attended Charles Sturt University from 1997 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Human Resources.
