Paulo Mendes

Paulo Mendes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT. Paulo is currently serving as the Head of IT infrastructure & Operations at Grupo Fleury since February 2022. Before that, they worked at Pronep Life Care as the CIO | Head IT from June 2021 to January 2022. Paulo also has a significant tenure at Grupo Fleury, where they held multiple roles including Corporate IT Manager - IT Business Partner Manager from October 2018 to June 2021 and Infrastructure Manager, Telco, End User Support and Data Center from July 2013 to September 2018. Prior to joining Grupo Fleury, they worked as a Project Manager at Natura Cosmeticos from September 2009 to July 2013. Paulo also has experience working at HP as a Service Delivery Manager from April 2007 to September 2009 and at Electronic Data Systems as a Senior System Administrator from 2000 to 2007, starting as a TI intern from March 2000 to October 2000.

Paulo Mendes has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from IESA Santo André, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Paulo also holds a degree in Business and Finance in Finanças from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, completed in 2016. In 2017 to 2018, Paulo pursued a degree in Information Technology Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
