Kostja Siefen

Kostja Siefen has worked in various roles in the technology and education sectors since 1998. In 1998, they began working at TG-Solutions GmbH as a System Administrator, Software Developer, and Web Engineer. In 2007, they became a SHK at the University of Paderborn and then a PhD Student at both the University of Paderborn and Daimler in 2008. In 2012, they began working at Les Mills as a Les Mills Trainer (BODYPUMP, CXWORX, BODYBALANCE, BODYCOMBAT). In 2015, they joined Gurobi Optimization as a Technical Account Manager, Senior Technical Account Manager, and Head of Global Technical Account Management.

Kostja Siefen attended Paderborn University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Computing. Kostja continued their studies at Paderborn University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Dr. rer. pol. in Business Computing.
