Rashmi S.

Rashmi S. has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Rashmi most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Technosprout Systems starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Hafele India Private Limited, including Head of Business Excellence and Customer Service, and Head of Business Excellence and Digital Transformation. Rashmi also worked at Tata Motors Finance Ltd, where they were Senior Manager of Process Management, responsible for establishing systematic process documentation and developing scorecards for performance review. Earlier in their career, Rashmi worked at Tata Motors Finance as Manager of Operations and Assistant Manager.

Rashmi S. completed their M.Sc in Statistics from the University of Mumbai between 2005 and 2007. Rashmi also pursued an Executive Program in Digital Transformation at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. In terms of additional certifications, Rashmi has obtained the Lean in Manufacturing and Services certification from Coursera in August 2017, and the Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma certification from TQMI in November 2012. Rashmi is also a Certified Assessor in the EFQM Excellence Framework and the Tata Business Excellence Model. Additionally, Rashmi has completed a course on ESG Frameworks and Metrics from the Confederation of Indian Industry, and is an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from DNV GL.
