Kimberly Callagan Dubois

Kimberly Callagan DuBois has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kimberly started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Albany Law School in 2000, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined HANYS and held various roles within the company. Kimberly started as a Human Resources Assistant and later became a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2014, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager, where they managed various HR functions, including employee benefits, payroll, recruitment and selection, onboarding, and employee relations. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Human Resources at HANYS, where they provide oversight of transactional/HR work processing and serves as a backup to the VP in their absence.
