Christina Elliott

Christina Elliott is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Harvest Restaurant Group since April 2021. Previously, Christina owned and operated Elliott & Co., a direct-to-consumer prepared foods company, from August 2015 to February 2019. Christina's consulting experience spans several prestigious establishments, providing insights on supply chain, culinary operations, and concept development for various restaurants and food service programs between 2013 and 2019. Prior roles include Corporate Chef at Mina Group, Sous Chef at The Inn at Dos Brisas, and multiple chef positions at renowned restaurants such as L2O, Tru, Aqua, and The Ryland Inn. Christina holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary's College.
