Josh Pallesen

Josh Pallesen has over 10 years of experience working in various roles at Hayes Bicycle Group and Hayes Performance Systems. Josh started as a Test Engineer and progressed to become the Director of Product and Assistant General Manager. In their most recent role as the Director of Inside Sales, Program Management, and Product Management at Hayes Performance Systems, Josh was responsible for leading the organizational transformation to be a sales-driven market led organization. Josh also developed and managed high-performing teams, implemented Lean tools for efficiency and change, and managed budgets for new product development projects.

Josh Pallesen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Lubar College of Business from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2001 to 2003. Before their time at UW-Milwaukee, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1996 to 2001, although it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued during that period.
