Greg Russell

Greg Russell has over 17 years of work experience in the talent and people space. Greg's most recent experience includes working as the Head of Talent at Heirloom since 2022. Prior to this they were a Strategic Talent and People Advisor at Lumen Energy since 2022, a Strategic Advisor at Searchlight.ai since 2020, and Head of People and Talent at Snapdocs since 2018. Before Snapdocs, they were a Strategic Advisor at PeopleTech Partners since 2018 and at Drafted, Inc since 2018. Greg was also Co-Founder, VP of People and Product at MitchelLake Group from 2008 to 2018, Recruitment Consultant at PopularMedia from 2007 to 2008, and a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Onsite at Telecom New Zealand) at Korn/Ferry Futurestep from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they were a traveler.

Greg Russell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Maryland, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the same institution. Greg also obtained a certification in Inclusive Hiring Bootcamp from ModelExpand in February 2021.
