Janaki Mattos

Janaki Mattos has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, working in various roles for different companies.

From 2023 to the present, Janaki has been the Area Director of Business Travel at Hersha Hospitality Management. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, they worked as the Opening Sales Manager at AC by Marriott Orlando Downtown.

Earlier in their career, Janaki held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Radisson Hotel Orlando-Lake Buena Vista from 2016 to 2020. Janaki also worked as the Corporate Group and Transient Sales Manager at Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal from 2015 to 2016, and as the E-commerce Manager at the same hotel from 2013 to 2014.

Before joining Crowne Plaza, Janaki worked as the Marketing Coordinator at CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort-Orlando from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they held similar positions as the Marketing Coordinator at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from August to December 2009, as well as the e-Marketing Manager at Marriott Vacation Club from 2008 to 2009.

Janaki began their career at Marriott Vacation Club International, where they worked as the Reporting Coordinator from 2007 to 2008 and as the Marketing Coordinator from 2006 to 2007.

Janaki Mattos attended the University of Florida from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Business.
