Jim Hamlin

Jim Hamlin has extensive experience in business development and sales, primarily in the engineering and construction industry. Jim is currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Hill International, Inc. Since joining Jacobs in 1991, Jim held various roles including Business Development Manager, where they played a key role in doubling revenue through winning contracts with major clients in Southern California. Jim also served as a Global Sales Leader, securing large contracts for international corporations and sustaining annual growth. Prior to Jacobs, Jim worked at Parsons as a Project Manager. Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Jim Hamlin holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona. Jim also has a Professional Chemical Engineer certification from the State of California.
