Beth Schroeder

Beth Schroeder, PMP, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Beth is currently employed as the Senior IT Business Relationship Management Director at Holcim Building Envelope since 2023. Prior to that, Beth worked at Cummins Inc. where they held important positions such as IT Workforce Strategy Leader, M&A IT Business Integration Leader, and Financial Systems IT Director from 2013 to 2022. Beth also served as the Executive Director of Strategy Deployment and Business Transformation at Howard University from 2011 to 2013. Beth's previous roles include working as the HUBzero Project Director at Purdue University, Director of Business Transformation at CST Berger, Group IT Leader at CST/berger, SAP COE AR/Management Reporting Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, and Principal Consultant/Manager - SAP at PwC Consulting. Beth began their career as a Senior Auditor at Great Lakes Chemical Corporation and Whirlpool Corporation. Beth's impressive tenure in various leadership positions showcases their expertise and adaptability in driving strategic initiatives and implementing business transformations.

Beth Schroeder, PMP, MBA, obtained their MBA in Strategic Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their degrees, they hold several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2007 and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in 1994. Beth also obtained IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2013 and more recently, SAFe Agilist 5.1 Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022.
