Jillian Lawrie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jillian began their career at Publix Super Markets, where they worked as a Customer Service Staff, Front End Coordinator, and Trainer for seven years. Jillian then joined Disney Cruise Line as a Casting Assistant for one year. After that, they worked as an Organizational Development Intern at the University of Central Florida, where they were responsible for various tasks, including revising orientation materials and enhancing billing efficiencies.

Jillian then transitioned into the field of recruitment, starting with roles at Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Hilton Grand Vacations as a Recruitment Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist, respectively. Jillian was responsible for managing recruiters' calendars, working with hiring managers, and candidate management.

Currently, Jillian is working at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, where they have held various positions in the talent acquisition field, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. Jillian is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director.

Jillian Lawrie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed an Associates in Arts Degree with a Business Emphasis at Valencia College from 2009 to 2010. Jillian also studied General Business at Indian River State College from 2007 to 2009. Jillian Lawrie graduated from St. Lucie West Centennial High School. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-Certified Professional certification.
