Louis-Martin Bernier has a diverse work experience starting in 2013. Louis-Martin worked as a Consultant RH at Innvue where they conducted HR diagnostics, recruitment, and organizational development. Louis-Martin also wrote and implemented HR policies, provided advice to employees and management, and managed conflicts.

In 2014, they served as a Conseiller RH at Chantier Davie Canada Inc. for a three-month contract. Louis-Martin then worked as a Conseiller en Ressources Humaines at Olympus IMS for a 10-month contract, covering a maternity leave.

From 2015 to 2017, Louis-Martin was the Coordonnateur RH et SST at H2O Innovation, handling various HR and health & safety coordination tasks for both Canadian and US facilities. Following that role, they were promoted to HR Director at H2O Innovation from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, they took a break and traveled throughout North America before joining Optel Group as a Partenaire RH / HR Partner from May to October 2019.

Louis-Martin then worked as a Directeur Ressources Humaines at MTY Food Group Franchising for six months and as a Consultant Ressources Humaines at Go RH from June 2020 to January 2022.

Currently, Louis-Martin is the Head of People at HOLOS, starting in January 2022. Louis-Martin has a strong background in HR consulting, coordination, and leadership roles.

Louis-Martin Bernier completed a MOOC in Management Durable at Université Laval in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their education at the same university from 2010 to 2013, focusing on Labor and Industrial Relations. The degree obtained during this period is not specified.
