Cherie Sheridan has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Cherie currently serves as the Chief People Officer at HomeServe USA, where they are responsible for implementing scalable processes and infrastructure to support the company's growth and culture. In their previous role as Vice President of Human Resources at The HEINEKEN Company, they collaborated with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals. Prior to that, Cherie held various positions at Diageo, where they led global leadership and talent development programs, managed multiyear talent planning processes, and spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives. Cherie also has experience in recruitment, learning and development, and college activities and leadership development. Cherie Sheridan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond, where they pursued a dual major in Leadership Studies and Communications. Cherie further enhanced their education by earning a Master of Education degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Vermont. In 2012, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
