Israil Hossain has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to 2012. Israil started as a Project Engineer at Moon Construction Company in 2001 and worked there until 2002. Israil then worked as a District Engineer at Shahidullah & Associates Ltd. for a brief period in 2002. From 2003 to 2006, Israil worked as a stack yard Manager at DANIDA RDP 23. Israil then joined Islami Bank foundation as a Project Engineer from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Israil joined Ali Abdullah Al Khadim construction company as a Project Engineer and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they took on the role of Head of Project Engineering at Hop Lun, where they continue to work without a specified end date.
Israil Hossain attended Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Dhaka from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering. In July 2013, they also obtained certification from the Institute of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB) and became a Fellow Member (FIEB).
