Dave Martin

Dave Martin, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Hope For The Warriors® since November 2020, overseeing comprehensive people operations, employee development, and retention initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Nonprofit HR, where services were provided to multiple nonprofit organizations, and as Head of People Operations at Spark Program, focusing on growth scaling and talent management. As Chief People Officer at Inte Q, LLC, Dave partnered with senior leadership on human capital strategies, while also directing operations in IT, customer service, and fulfillment. Experience began at Netflix, Inc. as Operations Manager, managing logistics at a major distribution center. Dave holds a B.A. in English Composition and Philosophy from DePauw University.
