Patsy Richards

Patsy Richards has a wealth of experience in the parliamentary and government sector. Patsy is currently the Managing Director/CEO at Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal, where they are responsible for leading the Restoration & Renewal program for the UK Houses of Parliament. Prior to this, Patsy held various roles within the House of Commons, including Director of Workplace Transformation and Customer Director. Patsy also held positions at the Scottish Parliament, including Head of Research and Information Group. Patsy's expertise lies in strategic estates management, research, and information services. Overall, they have demonstrated their ability to drive change, foster diversity and inclusion, and deliver successful projects within the parliamentary setting.

Patsy Richards has a diverse education history. Patsy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with first-class honors from the University of Bristol. Patsy later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at the same university. Additionally, Patsy was a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge. In terms of certifications, they hold various qualifications such as Chartered MCIPD from CIPD, Agile Change Management from the Change Management Institute, and Agile Programme Management from APMG International. Patsy also obtained certifications in MSP Practitioner from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
