Karin Taylor

Karin Taylor, PHR, has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Karin started their career at TEKsystems as a Recruiter/Account Manager before moving on to Westinghouse Electric Company as a Staffing Specialist. Karin then transitioned to Bayer, where they held various roles including Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Team Leader, and Team Lead Recruiting Operations and Administration. Karin then joined EQT Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead before moving to PPG Industries, where they served as Manager Talent Acquisition and later as Manager, Regional Recruiting (USCA). Currently, Karin is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Howmet Aerospace.

Karin Taylor, PHR completed a PHRA PHR Prep class in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997. Karin also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
