Lisa Rodgers has held various roles in the sales and service industry since 2000. Lisa began their career at Robert Walters as a Team Leader and Consultant, where they were responsible for the start-up of a Call Centre Solutions team and development of clients from a zero base. In 2002, they joined SEEK, where they held the roles of Team Manager for SEEK Learning, Key Accounts Manager and Senior Consultant. In 2007, they moved to CareerOne.com.au as the NSW State Manager, where they managed a sales team of 10 and an annual budget of $5M. In 2014, they joined Fairfax Media as Sales Director, where they transformed the region from a traditional print sales team to a multi-platform advertising sales team. In 2019, they joined Broadbean Technology as APAC Sales Manager, where they were responsible for sales across APAC and grew partnerships with key ATS technology. In 2020, they joined HowToo and Savv-e, where they were the VP Sales and Service and GM respectively. In both roles, they were responsible for the merging of the two companies to create eLearning software and service for customers across the APAC and U.S regions.

Lisa Rodgers completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology and Ecology at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Lisa also completed a course in Strategic Account Management at the Australian Institute of Management.
